How To Become a Coworking Mate Host

1. List Your Place

Create an account and list your space. Upload some great photos, add a description of your space, the features and inclusions, how many workspaces you have available and submit your listing for approval. Our Admin team will review your listing and approve within 24 hours.

2. Welcome Your Guests

Begin welcoming your first guests! Be it walk in guest who book on site via the platform, or pre-booked space users via the website. We recommend printing a QR code direct to your listing for walk in guests to easily scan and book.

3. Earn Money

Once a space has been booked, you will receive your payments within 48 hours! Payments are made to either credit card or bank accounts and are securely processed by our integrated payment system.

Keep track of your listings and update them easily via your personal login. Easily adjust opening hours and space availability.

Booking System

All bookings are tracked via your login and can be reviewed at any time. Disputes can easily be resolved and bookings can be reschedule via your own account.

How do I list my space on Coworking Mate?

Create a free account and make a new listing. From here you will be prompted to enter details of your space, including some photos, availability, price and amenities included at your space. Upon submitting your space, we will review your listing and it will be live within 24 hours. Be sure to enter your pay out details in your profile page to ensure your ready to get bookings for your space.

How do payments works?

Payments are made instantly once bookings are received. Pay outs are made either to a credit card via Stripe or directly to your bank account. You can select your preferred pay out method from your dashboard easily.

How do I upgrade my space to featured?

Within your listing dashboard, you have the ability to make your listing a featured space. For only $29 you can ensure your listing is featured on our home page and is the first listing to appear in search results.

How do I get a refund?

If you have booked a space and would like a refund, reach out directly to the space host and advise them of your request. If you need further resolution, please email gday@coworkingmate.com and we will be able to assist.

Who can become a space host?

Anyone can become a space host. If you have authority to lease out your spare space you are able to become a Coworking Mate host. Check with your landlord or manager first before listing your space just to make sure you are approved to do so!

How do I contact my guests?

You can directly message your guests via the inbuilt messaging service on your Coworking Mate dashboard.

How do I cancel a reservation?

You can easily cancel a reservation through your Coworking Mate dashboard. Be sure to advise your guests of cancellations and issue any refunds that are applicable.
